1. Overview
At Osseili Investments LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your toiletry bag or travel accessory, you may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, inserts, and protective materials must be included.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at sales@bejamil.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA), if required.
- Ship the item back to the address provided in the instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for returns of items lost or damaged in transit.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:
- Return the original item in accordance with this policy.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect.
- We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.
We may require return of the defective item before issuing a refund or replacement.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable:
- We may deduct shipping costs and return shipping fees from the refund.
- If additional shipping charges are incurred, they may be deducted from the refund.
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.
- You may lose eligibility for future purchases.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported.

12. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
- Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
